Europa Village is a one of a kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village takes our guests on a culinary journey throughout the country of Spain. Our menu celebrates the centuries old tradition of dining together, tapas style. Tapas are prepared typically in bite size offerings and made to be shared.

Europa Village is looking for a part-time Restaurant Busser. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Fine dining experience is a plus. Strong customer service is a must.

Restaurant Busser Reports To:

  • Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities Specific to a Busser:

  • Possess and live Europa Village core values
  • Greets guests with a smile and eye contact and introduces oneself
  • Polishes silverware and glassware
  • Removes plates, dishes, silverware and condiments as guests finish. Keeps table free of empty and unneeded items
  • Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the restaurant
  • Pours waters and refills beverages as needed
  • Assists with keeping tabs on both guests and the kitchen in order to communicate delays
  • Assists Servers in carrying out trays of food and serving meals to guests
  • Promptly clears and resets tables as guests leave
  • Complies with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
  • Other duties as assigned
Expectations of the Busser:

  • Create and foster an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought
  • Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to communicate Europa Village's story
  • Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean pressed uniform and appropriate shoes
  • Adheres to Europa Villages policies and procedures
  • Is hospitable, welcoming and exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
