Job description

Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Everything viewed, touched and crafted will reflect an unsurpassed level of authenticity that speaks to our theme. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.

Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a part-time Wine Club Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service and administration skills are a must.

Reports to:

  • Wine Club Manager
Responsibilities Specific to Wine Club Coordinator

  • Possesses and lives Europa Village core values.
  • Assists and supports Wine Club Manager and Supervisor.
  • Acts as the contact for all Société members to assist with their Wine Club needs.
  • Completely understands the Société Memberships and assists with sales of memberships.
  • Ensures the Tasting Rooms are fully stocked with wine for wine club pick-ups.
  • Accurately and efficiently runs POS system, handles wine club pick-ups and completes sales.
  • Lifts items up to 40 lbs throughout the day.
  • Keeps Wine Club side of cold box neat, tidy and organized.
  • Possesses a moderate understanding of the wine menu.
  • Exhibits a positive relationship with the tasting room staff and assists with communicating Wine Club updates in order to generate new sign ups.
  • Other duties as needed.
Responsibilities Expected of all Villagers

  • Create and foster an environment of “teamwork” by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought.
  • Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner.
  • Be comfortable working on feet for long periods of time.
  • Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
  • Be able to communicate Europa Village’s story.
  • Arrive at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes.
  • Arrive on time and be respectful of attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to Europa Village policies and procedures.
  • Promote Europa Village wines through exceptional customer service, knowledge of the Europa Village story and winemaking techniques.
  • Be hospitable, welcoming, and exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
  • Ensure that EV glasses stay on property.
Compensation: $17.50 - $19.00 per day
