We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Rooms, delicious menus at Bolero Restaurante and Vienza Mercato, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.

Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Tasting Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Must posses strong leadership and coaching skills as well as excellent sales and customer service skills.

Tasting Room Supervisor Reports To:
  • Tasting Room Managers
  • Director of Wine Operations
Responsibilities Specific to Tasting Room Supervisor:
  • Possesses and lives Europa Village core values
  • Assists the Tasting Room Manager in overseeing the Tasting Room, Tours, and Operations
  • Responsible for training and mentoring new employees
  • Assists in overseeing day-to-day operations while maintaining the core values, standards and ambiance of the winery
  • Leads and motivates sales and supports the team to achieve revenue goals; updates team on new promotions and assists sales team as needed
  • Assists with achieving or exceeding financial goals, including wine and tour sales, retail sales, and Wine Club & Europa Table sign-ups.
  • Assists with controlling operational costs and helps identify measures to cut waste and maximize efficiencies
  • Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Manages cash handling, including drawer reconciliations and bank deposits
  • Completes daily credit card tip calculations and enters them into tip spreadsheet
  • Comfortable working on feet for the majority of the work shift
  • Comfortable transitioning between working indoor and outdoor throughout the work shift
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Arrives to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards, clean and pressed uniform, and appropriate shoes
  • Adheres to Europa Village's policies and procedures
  • Is hospitable, welcoming and exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
  • Keeps an eye out for attention to detail
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and some evenings
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
