We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway. Our venue is the perfect place for a wine country wedding or private event.

Europa Village is looking to fill the position of Banquet Bartender. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. Strong customer service is a must.

Banquet Bartender Reports to:

  • Banquet Manager
Responsibilities Specific to a Banquet Bartender:

  • Possesses and lives Europa Village's core values
  • Greets guests with a smile and eye contact and presents beverage menu
  • Delivers unsurpassed level of customer service to each guest
  • Stocks alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and prepares banquet bar based on the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
  • Prepares necessary garnishes and equipment prior to event based on the BEO
  • Makes drink recommendations and answers all related questions
  • Maintains a clean work station at all times
  • Coordinates with Banquet Servers in providing champagne toasts
  • Develops an efficient work place to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Accurately uses the POS system to record drink orders, prepare checks and process payment
  • Follows all state liquor laws and Serving Alcohol with Sense (S.A.W.S) policies, including proper ID checking, responsible beverage service and ensures no one under 21 is served alcohol
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Creates and fosters an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought
  • Comfortable working on feet for long periods of time
  • Able to communicate Europa Village's story
  • Able to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner
  • Arrives at work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards with a clean, pressed uniform and appropriate slacks, stockings and shoes
  • Arrives on on time and is respectful of attendance and punctuality
  • Adheres to Europa Village's policies and procedures
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends
Compensation: $16.50 - $16.50 per hour
