Europa Village is looking for a Culinary Membership Sales Representative to be the face of our Europa Table Culinary Club. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales techniques, strong closing skills, great customer service skills, and a dynamic personality. This person must be able to engage an audience while preparing simple recipes featuring our Europa Table products. A passion for the food and wine industry is a must. 

Culinary Membership Sales Representative Reports To:

  • Europa Table Supervisor

Responsibilities Specific to Culinary Membership Sales Representative:

  • Possesses and lives Europa Village core values.
  • Initiates and sells memberships in a consultative manner.
  • Meets sales goals and generates leads through prospect, networking, and member referrals. 
  • Ability to prepare simple food recipes in front of a live audience in a group setting.
  • Ability to utilize demonstration tools.
  • Offers samples of food demonstrated in recipe and encourages guests to make a purchase.
  • Works closely with the Executive Chef to understand recipes.
  • Engages and educates guests on Europa Table Culinary Club and benefits.
  • Stocks, tags, and merchandises product.
  • Accurately and efficiently operate the POS systems.
  • Assists with Retail sales.
  • Promotes and attends all club social events.
  • Serves as club ambassador to local businesses, corporations, and community members.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of past present and upcoming membership programming.
  • Assists with inventory.
  • Assists with order fulfillment.
  • Possesses guest recovery skills.
  • Demonstrates interest and knowledge of culinary world history.
  • Possesses showmanship for culinary demonstrations.
  • Comfortable speaking and educating while conducting culinary demonstrations.
  • Ability to close the sale.
  • Ability to memorize company and product information and recite on demand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Adheres to Europa Village’s policies and procedures.
  • Is hospitable, welcoming and exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
