Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village takes our guests on a culinary journey throughout the country of Spain. Our menu celebrates the centuries old tradition of dining together, tapas style. Tapas are prepared typically in bite size offerings and made to be shared.

Europa Village is looking for a full-time Restaurant Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an outgoing, self-motivated and energetic personality. Must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Fine dining experience is a plus. Strong customer service and a desire to create memorable experiences are a must.

Restaurant Supervisor Reports to:

  • Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities Specific to Restaurant Supervisor:

  • Posses and live Europa Village core values
  • Assists the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant operation
  • Assists in hiring and training of new employees
  • Delivers unsurpassed guest service to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Responds efficiently and accurately to guests questions and complaints
  • Controls operational costs and identifies measures to cut waste
  • Assists in appraisal of employees performances and provides feedback to improve productivity
  • Ability to "read' the restaurant and know what sections, areas and/or guests need attention
  • Ensures compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Implements policies and protocols that will maintain restaurant operations
  • Accurately and efficiently run POS systems
  • Ensures deposits are completed and done correctly
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Creates and fosters an environment of "teamwork" by helping fellow employees or guests without a second thought
  • Able to communicate Europa Village's story
  • Able to treat all employees and guests in a respectful manner
  • Arrives to work prepared with excellent personal presentation standards and clean, pressed clothing with appropriate slacks and shoes
  • Arrives on time and is respectful of attendance and punctuality
  • Adheres to Europa Village's policies and procedures
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
