Europa Village Wineries and Resort is a destination location in Temecula Valley Wine Country. We are a hospitality company rooted in family, and we welcome members and guests to enjoy a stay or a day in our European themed villages. Europa Village is looking for an energetic person to fulfill a part-time role of Property Appearance Attendant. The ideal candidate will be self sufficient with a keen eye for detail, a passion for service, and will be comfortable working independently. 

Position overview:

The Property Appearance Attendant is a member of our Guest Services/Housekeeping team and is responsible for ensuring that all public areas within Europa Village are impeccably clean, well maintained, and guest-ready prior to the start of each day. This role is critical to creating an exceptional first impression for our members and guests and sets the tone for a high-quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare all public indoor and outdoor spaces to perfection before property opening including parking lots, entrances, and vineyards. 
  • Proactively inspect and address any cleanliness or presentation concerns. 
  • Report any safety hazards, and maintenance issues. 
  • Arrange all furniture and décor elements to align with resort standards of style and symmetry and return out-of-place items to their proper location and/or storage.
  • Possess and live Europa Village core values.
  • Ensures the common areas, hallways and restrooms are clean and up to Europa Village standards.
  • Ability to follow a daily check list of items needing detailing.
  • Sweeps floors in common areas and mops when necessary.
  • Polishes furniture and fixtures.
  • Dusts and replaces light bulbs.
  • Keeps property free of trash. Empties outdoor receptacles when needed.
  • Maintains cleanliness of outdoor seating areas.
  • Wipes down outdoor tables and chairs.
  • Remove cobwebs and other unsightly debris around property.
  • Other duties as needed.
Job Qualifications:

  •  Experience in luxury hospitality, housekeeping, or upscale property maintenance preferred. 
  •  Exceptional eye for detail, with an understanding of guest expectations.
  •  Ability to work independently and efficiently as scheduled.
  •  Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through atmosphere and presentation. 
  • Must be comfortable working on foot for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Ability to reach and bend comfortably.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures as well as multi-task.
  • Ability to work weekends as required.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
