Europa Village Wineries and Resort is looking to fill the position of Director of Marketing. The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing vision for the company. This role oversees a multidisciplinary marketing team and drives all aspects of brand development, digital presence, and revenue-generating strategies. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality or lifestyle marketing.

Responsibilities Specific to Position of Director of Marketing: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans aligned with company goals and revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team across functions including social media, graphic design, branding, and digital marketing
  • Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms and guest touchpoints
  • Direct digital marketing efforts including website management, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
  • Manage social media strategy, content creation, and engagement across multiple brands and venues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote winery experiences, dining programs, weddings, concerts, and special events
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including print, digital, and experiential assets
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
  • Partner with external agencies, vendors, and media partners as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience at a manager level or higher
  • Proven experience developing and managing marketing budgets and annual marketing plans
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, events, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site, collaborative environment
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in on-property events and experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package.
